Performance measurements are one of the final and most important stages in any construction process. They accurately record the actual condition of the object in nature after the completion of construction work – by measuring the location, elevation marks, and geometric parameters of the newly constructed, reconstructed, or renovated building, utility, or other construction object.

Based on the obtained data, an as-built drawing is prepared – a graphical document that certifies the object’s compliance with the approved construction project and is a mandatory requirement for commissioning the building.

When are executive measurements needed?

This service is necessary after the completion of any construction work, including:

1. As-built surveys of buildings and structures:
   • For newly constructed buildings (residential houses, commercial properties, industrial buildings, etc.).
   • After building reconstruction, renovation, or remodeling.
2. Engineering communications execution measurements:
   • Water supply and sewerage networks.
   • Gas pipeline and heating network construction.
   • Electricity and communication cable line installation.
   • Drainage systems.
3. Execution measurements of infrastructure facilities:
   • Roads, streets, squares, and driveways.
   • Parking lots, pedestrian sidewalks, and bicycle paths.
   • Landscaping elements (curbs, retaining walls, etc.).

Our Work Process:

1. Consultation and document analysis: Initially, we familiarize ourselves with your construction project and clarify the work assignment.
2. Field work (on-site measurements): Our certified surveyors arrive at the site and, using the most modern geodetic equipment (total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers), perform precise and detailed measurements.
3. Data processing and preparation of the execution scheme: We process the obtained data in the office, preparing the execution scheme in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments and coordinating it with the construction project.
4. Registration and transfer to the client: We register the prepared execution plan in the Construction Information System (BIS) and submit it to you in digital and/or printed format for further submission to the building authority.
